Lead Product Designer

Avonni - https://www.avonni.app - is a set of tools to prototype, design and build Salesforce Lightning applications. We are solving the problem of building unnecessary and costly features by providing rapid ways to transform Salesforce apps. Today, thousands of users are transforming the way they design business applications and collaborate across their entire organization with Avonni.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to to maintain and evolve Avonni's user experience. As a leader on the design team you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process and collaborate directly with senior management, the marketing team, and product managers to translate ideas and product features into creative concepts, in the form high-quality visuals.

• Design product experiences across Avonni solutions
• Develop product roadmaps and user requirements in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership
• Design and communicate your vision to the team using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes
• Impact business goals through effective and efficient development of design solutions
• Participate and shape the design team’s culture by establishing best practices and standardizing processes
  

• You have at least 2 years of work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar role.
• You are proficient in design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe CC.
• You have Proven track record of envisioning and building high-quality products (mobile, web, desktop)
• Collaborative approach and belief that the best products are built through a partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering
• You have a strong eye for design, excellent taste, and attention to detail.
• You have a strong understanding of how design impacts marketing objectives.
• You have good communication and teamwork skills
