This is not a traditional sales role; rather a consultative technical expert who can deeply understand client needs, challenge their current processes, and architect tailored solutions using our components. You will be instrumental in demonstrating the value and potential of the Avonni Components Package within real-world client scenarios

As a Solution Engineer specializing in the Avonni Components solutions, you will be a key driver of our growth. You will partner with our sales and marketing teams to engage with prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and showcase how our components can address their specific needs. This involves not only presenting the features of our product but also building and demonstrating working prototypes, creating engaging content, and representing Avonni at industry events.

What will you be doing?

  • Engage new leads, understand their needs, and showcase Avonni's value through demos tailored to their Salesforce environment.
  • Design demos and proofs-of-concept using Avonni Components to address client challenges.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Create informative content (blogs, videos, docs) to educate the Salesforce community.
  • Represent Avonni at industry events, fostering brand awareness and partnerships.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide feedback, share knowledge, and improve Avonni.
  • Maintain deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and stay updated on advancements.
  • Challenge client processes and propose innovative Avonni solutions to optimize workflows and user experience.
  • Help clients envision the ROI and full potential of Avonni in their specific Salesforce setup.
  • What skills and experience do you need?

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Specialist or Solution Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience building and customizing Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Comfort and experience representing a company at industry events.
  • Consultative sales approach focused on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows.
  • UI/UX design experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, data model) is a plus.
